This version of the KnowRoaming app makes it easier to know what to do to be ready to roam.
The KnowRoaming app mirrors the 3-main phases of travel - At Home, Abroad & Back Home
At Home while you're getting ready for your trip, the App will coach you through setting you your account
Loading your account and subscribing to ReachMe are the only things to do to get started in the new KnowRoaming app.
After that you just need to checkout and activate ReachMe
When you travel abroad, the app automatically switches to the Abroad phase
Setup your internet connection Roaming Data to stay connected
You can always check usage & rates in the newly designed usage history & rates calculator
You can buy numbers in the places you visit.
When you arrive back home, you just restore your internet
And that's it! While redesigning the KnowRoaming app I had it in mind to try to make using the app, and the KnowRoaming experience as easy to use as technologically possible.
